Apple Dates Milkshake

Milkshake is a thick consistency, filling drink. Let's make a healthy milkshake with apple and dates. The apples and dates have more iron content. The shake is gives energy. This drink can be made with minimal ingredients and in short duration. It is also sugar free drink. Why don't we give it a try.


Ingredients:



  1. Medium sized apple - 1 No

  2. Dates - 2 Nos

  3. Boiled and cold milk - 150 ml


Preparation:


  1. Peel the skin of apple and chop it. If we are using soft dates we need not want to soak it else soak it.

  2. Into a blender add chopped apple and dates grind it for a while. Blend it to a smooth consistency.

  3. Next add the cold milk to and blend well in the blender.

  4. Add grated chocolate for garnish and serve chill. An heathy Apple date shake enjoy.
