Avocado Egg Sandwich 🥑🥚🥯

Avocado is healthy and whenever I buy one, I don't find it interesting one to eat . So I decided to make it interesting and made avocado egg sandwich. It is a healthy filthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:


  1. Bagel bun - 1

  2. Avocado - 1/2

  3. Some Lettuce

  4. Olive - 2 Nos

  5. Egg - 1

  6. Few sliced onions

  7. Few sliced cucumber

  8. Few sliced cucumber

  9. Dried oregano - 1/2 tsp

  10. Salt and pepper as per your taste

  11. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp

  12. Butter - 1 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Slice and toast bagel bun in a butter.(You also can use bread of your choice. )

  2. Apply mayonnaise on the breads slices.

  3. Prepare you favorite egg omelette or boiled egg.(I used sunny side up.)

  4. Assemble lettuce , avocado, onion , olive and season with oregano and pepper over the bread. Sprinkle little bit of salt.


5. Then place the egg and tomatoes . Apply extra mayo if required.

6. And place another bread on top of it. Here comes your healthy filthy Avocado egg sandwich.

Finally Avocado Sandwich is ready to eat. Enjoy with Tomato ketch up. :)
