Sweet corn salad

Sweet corn has good amount of fibre in it. We can add sweet corn to our diet in many ways. One such is salad. With minimal effort, let's do colourful salad with sweet corn. The salad looks beautiful to your eyes and healthy to the stomach.


Ingredients:

  1. Corn kernels - 1 cup

  2. Finely chopped cucumber - 1cup

  3. Finely diced carrot - 1/4 cup

  4. Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup

  5. Finely chopped bell pepper - 1/2 cup

  6. Juice of half lemon

  7. Salt and crushed pepper to taste

  8. Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon(optional)





Preparation:


Add all the vegetables into a bowl .

Mix well. Squeeze juice of half a lemon, again mix it.

Add salt and crushed pepper for seasoning.

Serve it in a bowl. Now our healthy corn salad is ready.
